The repair process is straightforward: purchase the service, receive packaging instructions, ship your controller base, and the facility will test and repair it within 3-5 business days after receipt. Your repaired module ships back with a one-year warranty covering defects from the original repair (excluding lightning damage, physical damage, and unrelated failures).
Important fees apply: if your module arrives in working condition, a 30% non-refundable testing fee plus return shipping applies. If the module cannot be repaired, a 50% repair attempt fee is charged. Additional modules for testing incur a $20 flat bench fee each plus return shipping.
